A big hassle to get paid....no big payouts

Seems to be hard to get your winnings cashed out. You also only get paid a max. of $20k. So, if you had picked the Kentucky Derby 50-1 winner you will probably have issues getting your money. If you do get your winnings...it will take a long time.

Be sure to check the payout procedure closely before you deposit money. Deposits are quick and easy and you have money deposited into your account from your credit card in minutes. Payouts is a much more involved process. First off, expect to be transferred and put on hold numerous times. Be advised it cost 50$ to get a check or bank wire. In order to do this you need to fax or scan a picture of your id and front and back of the card/s you used to deposit. Make sure you have a quality color scanner prior to depositing as faxes are generally unreadable. If you would like a bank wire make sure your bank accepts international wires first. Then make sure they do not got through another bank (which a lot of small and medium sized banks do) otherwise it won't work. Customer service with Betus is great when you are making a deposit. Little different story when you try to cash out. Good luck and do your homework.
